Sirius iPod - Sirius moves to the next personal music player revolution with the release of the Stiletto 2. The super-portable Stiletto 2 satellite radio receiver with a slender and flowing profile smaller than a video iPod has an inbuilt antenna that grants reception of the Sirius signal without the involvement for an external car or home docking station. It can handle MP3 and WMA files enabling you to blend Sirius content with your own personal audio selection. Additionally, the Stiletto 2 supports removable microSD flash memory cards to allow users to handily extend usable memory storage.

Sirius Internet Radio (SIR) gives users access to more than 80 channels of Satellite Radio content on the Internet. Other features of the Stiletto 2 include a vivid 2.2-inch color display, an easy to use media dial, and a six-way navigation control that offers easy one-handed access to all features and content. Cast in for added functionality are Game Alert which grants listeners to tag fave sports team and drive transmissions and alerts when scores change, Sirius Replay which grants users to pause, rewind, and play back up to 60 minutes of live radio programming, and Game Zone which offers a listing of the user’s fave teams in one virtual category.

I enjoy Sirius radio and this device makes it gratifying. It’s small like any MP3 device. It does an fantabulous job on recording your fave Sirius program and uploading your MP3 songs. I use the portable device in my car and around my house. Wi-fi function is great. You don’t need the home kit to set up music. Use the headphone connections for that. I have no troubles so far. I never imagined I would find a device equal to my iPod but this is pretty close. Some of the negative reviews are very misleading and I nearly believed in them to the level of almost not purchasing this player. I’m really stunned at the reception I’m experiencing on this without those clumsy headset. I work on the 44th story of my office building and not even in a window office but yet I’m experiencing a 2 bar signal with the internal antenna and the small earbuds. My work’s Wi-Fi will not accept this particular device and I was enjoyably surprised to find the satellite signal being so strong within the office. - D. Watson

With over 10,000 legit mp3s in my iTunes library it’s plain I like my iPod. I’ve also lived on XM for years now. However, since picking up Stiletto 2, I haven’t touched either. I can tape almost 100 hours of CD-quality audio (either 1 song at a time or in blocks of time) AND I can then mix or select songs JUST LIKE AN IPOD! Oh, and with inbuilt WiFi, I don’t ever have to worry about having a strong signal indoors. Virtually fantastic device! - Fredrick P. Lackey
