Cordless electric mower - The Black & Decker 24-volt cordless mulching mower gives you the power to mow or mulch your lawn without the mess, noise, smell and hassle of a gas-powered mower or the limitations of a cord.
This mower has enough power to mow up to a 1/3-acre lawn on one charge. It can be operated as a mower by attaching a bag to catch the clippings, or it can be operated as an effective mulcher using a mulch plate. All four wheels can easily be adjusted with a one-touch lever to shift the blade height from 1-1/2 to 3-1/2 inches. The push handle folds down when not in use for more compact storage.

I have used my cordless electric mulching lawn mower for about a month. It is much quieter than a gas mower. It is also lighter and easier to handle, which is great for a guy in his 60’s. Height adjustment is a snap; you only need one hand to raise or lower the deck. I can easily cut my entire suburban lot on one “charge,” and the battery recharges over night. No gas, no oil, no engine maintenance. I’m very happy with this mower. - R. Blake
I’m allergic to grass, have a bad back, am sensitive to fumes and loud noises, and I hate to mow the lawn. I’ve tried push mowers, self-propelled gas mowers, nothing made mowing tenable until I found this mower. It’s light enough for my back, quiet enough for my ears, doesn’t have fumes… mowing really isn’t all that bad. Except for the sneezing. Oh well. If this mower quits, I’ll get another just like it. I have no complaints at all. - Too Sensitive
As a single female, this is the perfect lawn mower for me. It cuts my front and back yard (about 1/4 an acre) on a single charge and it’s easy to maneuver. I love the simplicity of it and it cuts evenly too. A big plus for me is not having to deal with gas, nor do I have to worry about a gas smell in my garage, like with traditional mowers. (I’m in sales and I store stock in my garage, so that’s important to me). Even my neighbors have noticed it and asked several questions about it. I’m very happy with mine. I have the weed eater too and love it as well. - G. Bridwell
Lawnmower shipped out fast, item came just as expected. This lawnmower starts up so easy and is quiet for a lawnmower. We love that it has low maintenance and no pollution. I wouldn’t recommend this if you have a hilly backyard since this is not self-propelled, it is light compared to a regular lawnmower. Otherwise if your going green and can’t stand supporting the oil industry then this item is a must. You will need to replace the battery every 5 years or so. The battery costs $100. You would spend more with oil and maintenance with a gas mower. - Sara L. Wilcox
